CONSUMER TERMS OF SALE H+T Motor Racing GmbH
1 Scope of application
1.1 These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by H+T Motor Racing GmbH, Bert-Brecht-Straße 43, D - 64291 Darmstadt to a consumer.
1.2 A consumer is an individual who buys products or services for personal use and not for manufacture or resale.
1.3 You must be able to pay and be of legal age. For minors, the order is to be made by the legal guardian). If any of these conditions are not met, we have the right to withhold outstanding deliveries or to refuse the conclusion of further contracts.
1.4 The order value per order is at least € 25, - gross.
2 Conclusion of the contract, storage of the wording

2.3 The presentation of goods in our internet shop is not a legally binding contractual offer from us, but a non-binding invitation to you as a customer to order goods. By ordering the desired product, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract with us.
The acceptance of the offer is made by e-mail or by delivering the ordered goods within a week. After expiry of the period the offer is deemed rejected.
2.4 The ordering process involves the following steps:
a) Confirm by selecting the desired product by clicking the button "Buy"
b) Verifying of the information in your cart
c) Pressing the button "Checkout"
d) Signing in for registration in the internet shop and entering your address. If already registered, you only enter your e-mail address and password
e) Repeated examination and correction of the respective input data
f) Binding completion of the order
Before finally sending your order, you can control and correct your entered, by operating your browser’s "Back" or simply by closing the web browser in order to cancel the order process. We acknowledge receipt of the order immediately automatically by e-mail (confirmation of receipt). This does not constitute acceptance of the offer. The acceptance of the offer made by e-mail or by delivery of the goods ordered within a week.
2.5 We will send you the ordering information by e-mail. The terms and conditions can be viewed at any time at http://www.ht-slotshop.de/Terms-Conditions:_:3.htmll. The order details will no longer be accessible through the Internet after the contract is concluded.
3 Prices, shipping, payment, due date
3.1 The price of the goods and delivery charges are inclusive of VAT. In addition to the price, you will be required to pay a delivery charge for the goods, as shown in the website.
3.2 Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by bank transfer or PayPal.
3.3 If you have chosen payment in advance, you agree to transfer the purchase price immediately after the conclusion to our bank account.
4 Delivery
4.1 Unless otherwise stated in the website, the goods can be dispatched right after your order has been accepted.
4.2 In case of advance payment via bank transfer, the goods will be dispatched immediately after the receipt of your payment.
5 Reservation of proprietary rights
The goods remain property of the supplier until fully paid.
6 Cancellation Right
Consumers (see 1.2) have statutory cancellation rights.
You may cancel your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving any reasons in written form (e.g. letter, fax, email). This period commences at the earliest on receipt of this information regarding cancellation in text form, however, not before the conclusion of the agreement and not before fulfillment of our obligation to information according to Section 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Para. 1 and 2 EGBGB (Introductory Act to the German Civil Code) as well as our obligations according to § 312g Para. 1 Sentence 1 BGB (Civil Code) in connection with Section 246 § 3 EGBGB (Introductory Act to the German Civil Code). To ensure the period for the rescission the timely sending of the revocation suffices. Please send notification of cancellation or the goods to:

Consequences of cancelling your order
In the event of a valid cancellation, both parties must return all goods, services and payments provided and, if applicable, surrender any benefits received (e.g. interest). If you are unable to return the goods or services received, be it in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you shall compensate us in an amount matching the loss in value suffered. This does not apply if such deterioration is entirely attributable to inspection of the item as would have been possible in a retail outlet, for example. In other respects, you may avoid the obligation of compensating for the value by not using the item as your own and by refraining from undertaking anything that might affect its value. Items which can be shipped as a parcel must be returned. Items which cannot be shipped as a parcel will be collected from your premises. You must bear the return costs yourself if the received item corresponds with the original order and the value of the goods does not exceed 40 euros or, in case of a higher value, you have not made payment or a partial payment in accordance with the agreed contract at the time of the cancellation. In all other cases, items may be returned free of charge. You must fulfill obligations upon which a refund is dependent within 30 days of submitting your notification of cancellation.
7 Contract provisions regarding the return costs in case of cancellations
In the event that you make use of your right of cancellation, it is agreed that you have to bear the costs of returning the goods if the goods ordered and if the price returned the case of an amount not exceeding 40 euros, or, at a higher price of the goods, at the time of cancellation no full payment or a contractually agreed part payment has been made. Otherwise, the return is free of charge.
8 Applicable law, contract languages
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to German law, and the German courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
